Our sweet rolls stay remarkably fresh for days. But we know life gets busy! If you need to pick up your rolls ahead of when you'll serve them, we've got you covered.

Choose the Baked, Frosted & Frozen (BFF) Option

When ordering, select the "Baked/Frozen/Frosted" option. You'll get rolls that are already baked, frosted, and packaged in freezer bags.

Pick up and freeze: Keep them frozen until 3 hours before serving.
Thaw and serve: Place them on serving trays, cover with plastic, and let them thaw for 3 hours. They'll be ready to eat, moist and delicious just like freshly baked.
Pro tip: Keep a dozen BFFs in your freezer for emergencies. They heat up quickly in the microwave if you're in a real pinch.
Or, try the Frozen with Icing on the Side Method

Another great option is to buy the rolls frozen with a tub of icing on the side.

Thaw and warm the icing: Let the rolls thaw for about 30 minutes on the counter. Warm the icing in the microwave until it's easy to spread.
Ice while frozen: Frozen rolls are actually easier to ice than warm ones! Ice them while they're still cold for the best results.

Pick up and freeze: Buy them baked and frozen, then store in your freezer.
Thaw and warm: Let them thaw on a tray with a clean dishtowel for 30 minutes. Then warm in the oven at 350°F for 3-5 minutes, watching closely so they don't dry out.
Serve hot and delicious: When the crust turns brown, they're ready to enjoy!
